The Twenty Two was manufactured from 1934 to 1939, in series 2F and Approximately 15,156 were produced.
It was owned by the Thiess Bros and was purchased to provide a more efficient tractor for their increasing contract work. They had been using a 2-Ton Catepillar but found it was expensive to operate. They purchased the Twenty Two as it ran more efficiently and was more economical. It is reported that Bert loved driving a Twenty Two tractor and collected four of these models
