The details of the certificate recipient have been typewritten in black in the designated spaces. There are signatures in blue pen in the bottom right hand corner.

Queensland \ 21267 \ Certificate of Completion of Training
This is to Certify that Barry WALLACE \ has completed the period of training prescribed by his \ indenture in the trade of - Boilermaker - \ and has passed the final examination test to the \ satisfaction of the relevant Group Apprenticeship \ Committee. \ Dated at Brisbane this 5th day of September 61.
A certificate of successful examination obtained by an apprentice \ Motor Mechanic under Section 41 of "The Apprentices and Minors' Acts, \ 1929 to 1959" shall be regarded as equivalent to an A Grade Motor \ Mechanic's certificate issued by the Department of Machinery and \ Scaffolding. \ "The Electrical Workers' Acts, 1927 to 1931" provides that any \ apprentice who has passed the five annual examinations of the Course of \ Instruction for Electrical Trade Apprentices prescribed under "The \ Apprentices and Minors' Acts, 1929 to 1959" may be granted a certificate \ of Competency without further examination. \ In case of the loss of this certificate the finder would greatly oblige \ by sending it to the Chairman of the Apprenticeship Executive, Brisbane.
