He has attained more than the average proficiency of an apprentice of like experience and has \ been taught the following trade practices:- Marking out, general and light \ boiler overhauls, tender and engine frame repairs, plating \ and steel structural work, tubing and staying of boilers, oxy- \ acetylene and electric welding.
