Description
Forty specimens of New Guinea butterflies including birdwings, fritillaries and pierids. A large, female birdwing is the centre specimen and the top centre specimen is Ornithoptera victoriae, probably collected by Alan Dodd in Bougainville in 1955. The spotted orange fritillaries contrast with the giant green and gold birdwings.
