Description
Fragment of semi-translucent blown white glass, with regularly spaced lightly set ribs running across the piece. Possibly from the body of a Roman ribbed glass bowl.

History and use
This fragment of translucent white glass was once part of a vessel. The regularity of the ribbing suggests it may have once been a mould-blown glass cup with a ribbed body, and possibly from Ancient Rome, produced between the 1st and 4th Centuries.
