Description
A model steam locomotive painted blue, red, black, gold and silver. The model is made from wood and is supported in its position by three screws securing it to the base. The model is encased with a perspex lid.

History and use
This model of Queensland Railways A10 Class locomotive No.6 was built by Jim Windle during the the 1970s.

At the age of 76, Mr Windle began constructing a model for each of the steam locomotive types that were on display at the Redbank Railway Museum (1970-1992). He used carboard, wood and other household materials to make his models.
