A round sign painted in two shades of green and white. The sign has rectangle protrusions on either side. There are six holes at each end of rectangle. Lower portion of front has been painted over.

History and use
Station nameboard sign in 'totem' style for Chelmer station on the Ipswich Line. These signs were installed at Chelmer (and other Brisbane stations) during the same time when the lines between Roma Street Station and Corinda Station were expanded to four tracks in the late 1950s.
