Description
Circular, earthenware medallion, featuring a pre-Federation Australian coat-of- arms in relief. The coat-of arms consists of an emu and kangaroo supporting a shield with a cross and stars surmounted by a rising sun. An impressed repeat scroll pattern appears around the outside of the medallion and also acts as a border on the reverse side.
