History and use
This badge was sold to raise funds for Legacy, an organisation that has worked for the welfare of the families of servicemen and women since World War 1. First established in Melbourne in 1925, the Qld organisation was formed three years later in 1928. Manufactured by Angus and Coote, in the 1940s, this badge was sold for 20 shillings.
