History and use
This Air Raid Precautions (ARP) information was used by Air Raid Warden Ellen Mouland during World War 2. Ellen Mouland (nee Swan) joined the ARP and her husband, World War 1 veteran Francis Mouland, joined the Volunteer Defence Corps (VDC).
