1963 - John Jamieson company, Glasgow purchased
1965 - Stanton Redcroft Limited formed when John Redfern and Rob Whitcroft joined;
1966 - Howard Rawson & Co Ltd purchased; John Jamieson renamed Stanton Instruments (Northern) Limited
1968 - Stanton group sold to Avery Limited
