History and use
This builder's plate was attached to Queensland Railways PB15 Class 4-6-0 locomotive No.599.

The locomotive was built by the Toowoomba Foundry, Southern Crosss Works, Toowoomba in 1912 (works number 10).

No.599 entered service with Queensland Railways in August 1912. The locomotive was written off in March 1970.
