This photograph depicts the tug boat 'Beaver'. It is possible that this photograph was taken in 1923 of the Mark Foy Cup Race when hundreds of spectators lined the Brisbane River to view the racing 'eighteen footers' (small sailboats). The 'Beaver' was used to carry spectators.
