Frank Chenery
Biography
Frank Chenery, SERN 6425. Collector of items donated by Misses N & C Ginn.
Items donated in 1980, QM register states they were collected by Private F Chenery. Presumably collected during his World War 1 service. Frank Chenery (SERN 6425) had a mother Rachel nee Ginn.
A search of Qld BDMs indicates Rachel had two brothers, Samuel (1874-1908) and James Patrick (1877-1944). No marriage or children of Samuel Ginn was found. James Patrick Ginn had several children, including Neta (1908-1998 ), Catherine (1911-2006 ) and Nellie (1914-?). Catherine and Neta never married, not sure about Nellie.
As the initials match, I assume Misses N & C Ginn are Neta or Nellie and Catherine Ginn, cousins of Frank Chenery.
